More than 32,000 people have died in Spain from “unknown causes.”
According to News, 32,058 people died prematurely between January 1 and September 30, 2022.
This equates to 117 deaths per day from unknown causes.

With more than two months to go, the number of unexpected deaths in 2022 will continue to rise, putting it third on the list of years with the most unexpected deaths since records began.
